Vutimune keeta 3 minutit ja koorida. Kastme jaoks segada võrdsetes osades tuunikala (õli ära kallata) ja sulatatud juustu. Kaste 1 cm kihina taldrikusse kallata, vutimunad terava otsaga üles kastmesse asetada. Hoida külmkapis 1 tund. Pakkuda eelroaks värske valge veini kõrvale.
